How to use with GMail and Two Factor Authentication

I just added a -ssl command line switch to allow it to connect to Gmail.

Send2SMTP.exe -host smtp.gmail.com -port 587 -ssl -creds youremail@gmail.com your_gmail_password -from you@gmail.com -to someone@somewhere.com -subject Something

You MUST specify your creds, use the correct port and specify ssl to connect to send via GMail.
If you have two factor authentication setup on you Gmail then don't use your normal password - instead generate an Application Specific Password and use that instead.

This also works with Google Apps accounts.

Excellent! Good contribution, I'll build a new release and update the wiki pages etc..
Thanks!
